Systems Engineer with a master's degree in Biomedical Engineering and PhD candidate in the Engineering - Systems and Computer Science program. I have experience in image analysis and processing, machine learning, web application development and database management. In image processing/analysis and machine learning, I have experience in programming languages such as Python, Matlab and R, especially I have worked on medical images in diagnostic, segmentation and treatment evaluation/prediction applications. In back-end I have experience in Node.js and design and implementation of relational (Mysql, Sqlite, Postgres) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases. In front-end I have experience in handling markup technologies such as: HTML5, CSS3, JAVASCRIPT, Angular, Material, for the development of good UI practices in digital products.
